Return Policy

Regular price footwear purchased through shop.kintec.net can be returned within 30 days of delivery. All sale items (items sold at a discount) are final sale.

Shoes
Shoes must be in new condition and include the original undamaged packaging. Once the shoes have been used, they cannot be returned.

The following products are non-returnable for hygienic reasons:

  • Braces
  • Socks and Compression products
  • Insoles
  • Hydration & Nutrition products
  • All Sports Med products

Return Instructions

Returning an item back by mail
Please email service@kintec.net with your full name, order number, and items you would like to return in order to initiate a return.
Once approved, we will send directions on how to ship your item back to Kintec for a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
All returns being shipped back to Kintec will be shipped to the Surrey, BC distribution centre. 
Items shipped back without a pre-approval will not be issued a refund.
Items must be received by Canada Post within 30 days of delivery.
Costs for return shipping are not covered by Kintec. 

Returning an item in-store
Please email service@kintec.net with your full name, order number, and items you would like to return in order to initiate a return or exchange.
Once approved, you may visit a Kintec location to return your order. Please bring all original packaging and proof of purchase.
Items brought to store without a pre-approval will not be issued a refund.

Exchanges: 
Effective May 10, 2022, for purchases through shop.kintec.net, Kintec cannot facilitate exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different size or colour, please follow return directions for returning the item, and place a new order through shop.kintec.net for the replacement item.

Note: Processing a return parcel can take 1-3 weeks from the time of receipt. Past this period, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-471-6634 or through live chat.

Warranty & Defects

If you have questions about a warranty and defective item, please email service@kintec.net with your full name, order number and issue.

Price Guarantee

At Kintec you get expert advice on the perfect fit for no extra cost. If you find a regular price shoe in stock, advertised and available at one of our competitors within 10 days of your purchase we will match the price*.

Conditions:

    • Items must be for sale within Canada by a Canadian brand-authorized retailer. (No US-based retailers or websites).
    • Items must be in-stock and available through a competitor's retail channel when you request the price match.
    • Items must be identical, including model, colour, size and year.
    • Prices must be ticketed, signed, or advertised, not verbally agreed to.
    • Kintec will not match multiple item discounts (BOGO).
    • Kintec team members must be able to verify the above details.
    • Price matching does not apply to limited time offers (i.e. Grand Opening Sales), damaged goods, close-out prices, or special limited sale prices including but not limited to Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day or Anniversary Sale prices.

Should our own price be reduced, present us with your original receipt within 10 days of purchase and we will match the price and refund you the difference*.
