Night Splints

At rest, your body rebuilds tissue that has been damaged (like your plantar fascia!) Unfortunately, this mostly occurs while your leg is in a short and relaxed position, causing these damaged tissues to stiffen up and hurt more when you get up. By using a night splint, your foot is kept upright and the soft tissues of the foot will heal in a lengthened, functional position and recover faster and more thoroughly.
