While tape may provide great support for injured or weakened ankles, you may not always have somebody available to tape for you, and it loses its effectiveness after long periods of exercise. The ASO EVO Ankle brace sets the standard for ankle support by giving you a close, laced fit plus strapping to provide a customized fit and support for inversion, eversion, and high ankle sprains. 
 
Tip: point your foot up (towards your head) while attaching the side straps that run under the foot. The more you point up, the more the brace will prevent your foot from rolling down and in/out
