Standard Shipping
Orders over $150 (before tax) qualify for free shipping within Canada. Orders under $150 will have a $15 flat rate shipping charge. 
In-store pickup is a free alternative for those living in close proximity to a Kintec store in British Columbia and Ontario.

Order processing time

An order will typically arrive within 3-15 business days after it has been placed. However, due to the Canada Post strike and increased shipping volumes, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Orders with multiple items may require additional processing time as we assemble the shipment. Orders containing Clearance items may also be subject to additional processing time.

Where does my order ship from?
Our orders are shipped from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada or from our Ontario, Canada locations depending on availability.

Who will deliver my order?
Orders are typically delivered through Canada Post. During the Canada Post strike, we will be shipping all orders with UPS. While this ensures your order will still be delivered, please note there may be delays due to higher-than-normal shipping volumes.

What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
The courier will leave a delivery attempt notice at your door, and the package will be brought to the nearest post office or pickup location. The delivery attempt notice will contain directions for pick up.

Can I ship to an international location?
At this time, we do not ship orders outside of Canada.
