Standard Shipping
Orders over $150 (before tax) qualify for free shipping within Canada. Orders under $150 will have a $15 flat rate shipping charge. 
In-store pickup is a free alternative for those living in proximity to a Kintec store in British Columbia and Ontario.

Order processing time

An order will typically arrive within 3-15 business days after it has been placed.

Orders with multiple items may require additional processing time as we assemble the shipment. Orders containing Clearance items may also be subject to additional processing time.

Where does my order ship from?
Our orders are shipped from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada or from our Ontario, Canada locations depending on availability.

Who will deliver my order?
Orders are delivered through Fedex. If a customer provides a PO box for their shipping address, or if it makes more logistical sense (rural areas), orders will be delivered through Canada Post.  

Can I ship to an international location?
At this time, we do not ship orders outside of Canada.

Package Protection

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that gives your order both free return shipping and package protection.

• Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for a refund or exchange, your return shipping label is covered.
• Package Protection: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim through our Claims Portal and, upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost.

Please note: Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in refund amounts. Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
