You may return unworn regular priced or sale (up to 40% off) footwear purchased through shop.kintec.net in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Any shipping charges from the order are not refundable.
All Warehouse Clearance items (items sold at a discount of 41% off or greater) are final sale.
- Shoes must be in new condition and must include the original undamaged packaging
- Once shoes have been used they cannot be returned or exchanged
For Hygenic Reasons the following products are non-returnable
- Bracing products
- Socks and compression items
- Hydration products
- Nutrition products
Return Shipping Instructions
Please email email@example.com with your full name, order number, and items you would like to return in order to request a return.
If you are shipping an item back to Kintec
- No postage is required.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund - $8.95 per package - No additional shipping costs.
- You will not be charged postage until the return is processed.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
If you are returning an item in-store
After approval you may visit a Kintec location to return or exchange your order instead of shipping the order back. Please wait for approval so the store knows to expect you. Please provide all original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Pre-paid label cannot be used outside of Canada.
- The processing of a return parcel can take 2 weeks. Over this time, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-723-5996.
Warranty & Defective Items Policy
Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and issue.
If you find a lower price on an identical item (must be in stock in the same size and colour) from a Canadian Authorized dealer online, in-store or in print before or after you make a purchase at Kintec, we will adjust the price to match the difference, within 30 days.
Should our own price be reduced, present us with your original receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will match the price and refund you the difference.
- Items must be for sale within Canada by a Canadian-based retailer. (No US-based retailers or websites)
- Items must be in-stock and available through a competitor's retail channel when you request the price match.
- Items must be identical, including model, colour, size and year.
- Prices must be ticketed, signed, or advertised, not verbally agreed to.
- Kintec will not match multiple item discounts (BOGO)
- Kintec team members must be able to verify the above details.
- Price matching does not apply to limited time offers (i.e. grand opening sales, damaged goods, or close-out prices).
