How long will it take for my order to arrive for in-store pickup?
Orders for in-store pick-up at Kintec locations in British Columbia will arrive 5-15 business days after it has been placed.
Orders for in-store pick-up at Kintec locations in Ontario will arrive 7-15 business days after it has been placed.
Orders with multiple items may require additional processing time as we assemble the shipment.
Orders containing items from Warehouse Clearance may be subject to additional processing time.

When can I pick up my order?
You will be notified by email when your order is ready. You can pick up any time during store hours.

What do I need to bring?
You will need to show your order confirmation email and a government ID matching the name authorized for pickup.
