The renewed upper features breathable Smooth Stretch Woven material, ensuring your foot remains secure and comfortable in the proper position during runs. 1) Upper The upper was renewed from the previous model and now uses a more breathable material. Plus, the Smooth Stretch Woven minimizes horizontal stretch, helping maintain proper foot positioning during runs. 2) Sole The top midsole is made from MIZUNO ENERZY NXT, which is soft and light while offering excellent energy return. The bottom midsole uses MIZUNO ENERZY, ensuring both soft cushioning and stability.
