Shipping Information


How do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders over $99 (before tax) ship for free in Canada*.

If your order is less than $99 and does not qualify for free shipping, there is a $10 charge on orders less than $99.

In-store pickup is a free alternative for those living in close proximity to a Kintec store location.

 

I have to return my items

No problem. You can return your unworn purchase hassle-free within 30 days for a refund or exchange. 

All sale items are final sale.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

A typical order will arrive 3-10 business days after it has been placed. This includes a minimum of 1 business day processing time as we prepare your order for shipping.

Orders with multiple items may require additional processing time as we assemble the shipment.

Orders containing items from the Warehouse Clearance centre may be subject to additional processing time. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive for in-store pickup?

Where will my order ship from? 

All of our orders are shipped from our distribution center in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.

Items not in stock in the distribution centre may need to be pulled from satellite stores. 


Who will deliver my order? 

Most mailed orders are delivered using Canada Post. On occasion, orders will be delivered using Fedex instead.

In-store pickup orders are delivered to store via Kintec's intra-store transfer system, which runs Tuesday to Friday.


What if I’m not home when my order is delivered? 

Canada Post will leave a delivery attempt notice at your door, and the package will be brought to the nearest post office. The delivery attempt notice will contain directions for pick up.

Fedex will leave a delivery attempt notice at your door and the package will be brought to the nearest Fedex pickup location. 


Can I track my order’s progress? 

When your order has shipped, a tracking number will appear under that order on the order history page. You will also receive an email notification containing the tracking number and instructions on how to use it.  


Can I ship to an international location? 

Generally, we do not ship outside of Canada. For any inquiries on our international shipping policy, please contact us.
